Cheddar cheese melted over a fried egg with bacon and a fresh tomato slice, served on a toasted English muffin with country mayo

“I have posted a review previously with how delighted I have been with the care my mother receives at the Courtyard at Little Chico Creek. Today, I had the Thanksgiving lunch. I was very impressed. The chef, Nick, served turkey and gravy, creamed spinach, cranberry jello, mashed potatoes with pumpkin bread pudding with butter pecan ice cream. It was spot on. The appetizers were small and delightful, just the right serving size. Kudos to chef Nick for providing such healthy and delicious Thanksgiving lunch. The service was great also.
