41 state-of-the-art studio and one-bedroom apartments, each with a private bath and kitchenette. All the apartments are fully wired for computer, phone and cable TV service.
Located directly across from scenic Little Chico Creek, our beautifully landscaped grounds provide an idyllic setting for leisurely strolls. Inside the central courtyard, residents and visitors enjoy the shade of market umbrellas while savoring the beauty of flowers, trees, a fountain and lush gardens.
